Fairy White Tutu Tulle Skirt 40cm Ballerina 1980s Petticoat

This fantastic tutu would be perfect for your next sports/swimming carnival, fairy, ballerina or 1980’s costume party.
Each skirt has a satin ribbon waist band and three layers of soft tulle, there is also an underlying skirt so the tutu is not see through.
The skirt has an elastic waist and will fit a variety of sizes.
